Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition where a person experiences unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images, or urges that create intense anxiety or distress. To try to relieve that distress, they feel driven to do repetitive behaviors or mental rituals—even when they know those actions don’t actually solve the problem.

Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD) is a personality pattern characterized by a strong preoccupation with orderliness, perfectionism, and control. These traits can interfere with flexibility, relationships, and overall functioning, even though the person often sees their standards and behaviors as reasonable or necessary.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a mental health condition marked by excessive, hard-to-control worry about everyday things like health, work, relationships, or the future. The anxiety is persistent and often accompanied by physical symptoms such as restlessness, muscle tension, irritability, sleep problems, or feeling constantly on edge.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a mental health condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. It involves ongoing symptoms such as intrusive memories, avoidance of reminders, heightened alertness, and changes in mood or thinking that interfere with daily life.

Social phobia (social anxiety disorder) is a mental health condition marked by an intense fear of being judged, embarrassed, or negatively evaluated in social or performance situations. This fear can feel so overwhelming that it leads people to avoid social interactions or endure them with significant distress.

Emetophobia is an intense and persistent fear of vomiting, seeing others vomit, or feeling nauseated. This fear can lead to significant avoidance of certain foods, places, travel, or social situations in an effort to prevent feeling sick.

Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder involving intense fear or anxiety about situations where escape might feel difficult or help might not be available if panic-like symptoms occur. This fear often leads to avoiding places such as crowds, public transportation, open spaces, or even leaving home altogether.
